  Dr. Kye Chung Park is a senior research scientist at department of Bioprotection/Biosecurity, New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research. Dr. Park received his PhD. at Seoul National University in 1991, and worked as research associate at Natural Resources Institute, Imperial College at UK, Iowa State University, and Pennsylvania State University at USA from 1995 to 2007. He moved to current place in 2007. His research has concentrated on Identification of semiochemicals involved in insect-plant interactions, electrophysiology of sensory neurons and brain cells. He has made great contribution in using insect sensory electrophysiological techniques including EAG and single-cell recording. He has published over 40 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
