Research Interests: |
Dr. Zhikun Li is dedicated to studying the molecular mechanisms of genomic imprinting dysregulation and strategies for its correction. His earlier work utilized various genetic modifications to validate the enhanced differentiation potential and developmental stability of pluripotent stem cells with corrected imprinting. Future research will build on these findings to further explore the biological mechanisms underlying diverse cellular and animal models. |
