I am an Associate Professor at the Institute of Zoology, CAS. I obtained my PhD degree from Academy of Mathematics and System Sciences, CAS, in 2015. In 2015-2019, I was an Assistant Professor at the Beijing Institute of Genomics, CAS. I joined the Key Laboratory of Zoological Systematics and Evolution at Institute of Zoology, CAS, in 2019 as Assistant Professor and as Associate Professor from 2023. My research falls in the interdisciplinary field of mathematics and biology. I develop mathematical/statistical models and computational methods for analyzing bio-medical data and seek to advance the understanding of genetic and phenotypic evolution and diversity at cellular level. |
