Resume:

I am an Associate Professor at the Institute of Zoology (IOZ), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). I obtained my PhD degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019 (Joint training with Florida A&M University with Florida A&M University in 2017-2019). In 2019-2023. I was an Assistant Professor in the Group of Identification & Management of Invasive Alien Species, the Key Laboratory of Zoological Systematics and Evolution at IOZ, CAS and as Associate Professor from 2023. My major is the occurrence regularity and control technology of goji berry pests, and involves the identification, early warning and quarantine control technology of alien species. At present, I have published 37 academic papers in internationally renowned journals including Entomologia Generalis, Journal of Pest Science, Pest Management Science, Biological Control and Insect Science. I am presiding over the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund project and the national key research and development plan sub-project. I won the second prize of the third Xiao Gangrou Forest Insect Award in 2021.

Research Interests:

1)Occurrence regularity and control technology of goji berry pests such as Aceria pallida and Bactericera gobica; 2) Mechanism of interactions between Bactericera gobica and its predators and parasitoids; 3) Characteristic of mutual benefit and co-evolutionary mechanism of Aceria pallida and Bactericera gobica; 4) Identification, early warning and quarantine control technology of alien species.

Awards and Honors:

2021, second prize of the 3rd Xiao Gangrou Forest Insect Award

2019, the 17th Beijing Entomological Society youth outstanding scientific papers

2019, pacemaker to Merit Student of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences
