Research Interests:

My laboratory develops micron-scale biochip-based spatial omics technologies to resolve subcellular heterogeneity, regulatory dynamics, and cell-cell interactions in complex biological systems. By integrating high-resolution spatial mapping of proteins, RNA, and DNA modifications, we investigate host-pathogen interactions in reservoir species such as bats and rodents, revealing pathogen niches and localized immune responses. Through high-throughput antibody epitope profiling and BCR/TCR analysis, we aim to decode adaptive immunity and assess cross-species transmission risks.
